Republican for Colorado Senate · District 25

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026. This policy covers paulforsd25.com and the ways the campaign handles information you choose to share with us.

Who We Are

This website is published by PAULFORSD25, the candidate committee supporting Paul Kohlhoff for Colorado Senate District 25. You can reach us at paul@paulforsd25.com or by mail at 14300 Waterside Ln, Unit F3, Broomfield, CO 80023.

What We Collect

We only collect what you hand us. If you fill out the volunteer form, that is your name, email address, ZIP code, your phone number if you provide one, and whatever you tell us about how you want to help. If you contribute, our payment processor collects the information the law requires for a political contribution, including your name, address, occupation, and employer.

We do not run advertising trackers, third party analytics, or social media pixels on this site. Our fonts are hosted on our own server rather than an outside network, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to anyone else.

Text Messaging Opt-In Data

Text Messaging Opt-In Data: We will not share or sell your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.

If you check the box agreeing to text updates, you are consenting to receive calls and text messages from the campaign at the number you gave us. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Messaging may include requests for donation. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Your consent is not a condition of volunteering, contributing, or anything else on this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use it to run a campaign: to follow up when you offer to help, to get you a yard sign or a walk list, to let you know about events in the district, and to send campaign updates and requests for support. That is the whole list.

Contributions Are Public Record

Colorado campaign finance law requires committees to report contributor information to the Secretary of State, and those filings are published for anyone to search. If you contribute, expect your name, address, occupation, employer, and the amount to appear on the public record. That is state law, not a choice we make, and it is worth knowing before you give.

Contributions are processed by a third party payment platform. Your payment details go to that processor and are handled under its own privacy policy and security standards. We never see or store your full card or bank information.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent our lists. We share information only with the vendors who help us operate the campaign, such as our payment processor, our email provider, and our text messaging provider, and only to the extent they need it to do that job. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, including the campaign finance reporting described above.

Your Choices

Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link and we honor it. For text messages, reply STOP and the messages stop. If you want us to correct or delete what we have about you, email paul@paulforsd25.com and tell us what you want done.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Children

This site is meant for adults taking part in an election. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
